Issin Ryu Foundations

Be expertly guided through a special and unique yoga practice influenced by Issin Ryu Karate. This class blends the mindful precision of martial arts with the soothing flow of yoga, focusing on posture, alignment, and muscle memory. Each session becomes a moving meditation, where you’ll explore foundational movements and approach your practice with the calm and discipline of a martial artist. All Levels Welcome

All Levels Yoga
This class has something for everyone. Breath work to start, floor warmups and slow moving standing poses with an extra long holds and stretchy cool downs. This class is beginner friendly, yet the advanced practitioner will not be bored. Modifications are offered for a mix of levels and needs.

Meditation
Featuring Sound Bath
Practicing the art of silence while soaking up the magical and medicinal vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls led by our expert sound healer Ryan Connolly. You will melt away into silent, reverberant bliss.
*This is a donation based class and all are welcome.

Pranayama
Sit and Breathe. In this practice we sit or lay in in supported positions to generate prana and to create meditative endurance. We will traverse various pranic and yogic breathing styles to send this prana / life force energy throughout the entire physical and invisible body systems.

Restorative Yoga
w/ Sound Bath
Slow the speed of time as you move like a sloth via stretching and propping yourself up on bolsters and blankets to melt away. Engage with your parasympathetic nervous system while guided meditations allow gravity and your breath to do the work of fading your tensions and distress into nothingness. Bring your eye pillows and comfiest sweats. Sleeping is common.
Thursdays 730pm
Yin Yoga
Long, slow & deep. Yin yoga goes passed muscle into connective tissues, like fascia, ligaments, and tendons. It asks you to breath through sensation as your sympathetic nervous system may be activated. Holding deep poses for a long period of time helps to open and lengthen the harder to reach areas of the body, while also teaching breathe through discomfort and calm your mind to sit still.
Tuesdays 730pm
Mat Pilates
In this mixed level class you will find strength training, endurance challenges, deep core activation and focus on balance. Pilates principle will be applied through out. Stability ball and resistance bands will be used extensively. This is not a yoga class. Beginner to advanced will all find something to work on & enjoy within this offering.
Mon & Thurs 6pm
Deep Stretch
A dynamic and targeted mobility class designed to help you increase control , balance, and muscle length. Begining with a light warm up followed by a series of weight bearing stretches. You will be seeking awareness and ability to mobilize joints, all the while dancing around your end range of motion. Everything is modified to suit your level of mobility and goals. *This is not a yoga class.
